1. Program overview

TubBlast affiliates earn 20% to 30% of every subscription payment their referred customers make for 12 months. TubBlast is the YouTube content intelligence tool that finds what already works in a creator's niche and turns it into everything they need to make the video: an evidence backed script, a thumbnail, a voiceover, a storyboard and a publish ready package. The program is run by Ugbe Global Ltd ("TubBlast", "we", "us").

Affiliates share a personal referral link. When a new customer signs up through the link and later buys a subscription, the affiliate earns a commission on that payment and every subscription payment for the next 12 months.

2. Program objectives

• Reward creators, educators and reviewers who introduce TubBlast to people it genuinely helps.
• Pay affiliates fairly and on a clear schedule, with earnings they can track at any time.
• Grow the rate affiliates earn as the revenue they bring in grows.
• Keep promotion honest, disclosed and accurate, so customers trust both the affiliate and TubBlast.

3. Eligibility requirements

Anyone 18 or older with at least one active content channel can apply.

• You are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You own or control at least one active promotional channel.
• Your information is accurate and kept up to date.
• You are not a TubBlast employee, contractor or partner, or an immediate family member of one.
• You hold only one affiliate account.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, a country under comprehensive sanctions, and you are not on a restricted party list.

4. Registration and onboarding

Apply once, get approved, accept the terms in your dashboard, and start sharing your link.

1. Apply. Submit your name, email and at least one channel where you create content: YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other. A website and a short note are optional.
2. Review. Approval is at TubBlast's discretion. We may verify your identity or channel. Applying does not mean you have accepted the terms.
3. Accept. When approved, open your affiliate dashboard and tick the box to accept these terms. The dashboard stays locked until you do. We record the date, time, email address and terms version.
4. Choose your payout method. Wise or Grey.
5. Start sharing. Your dashboard gives you your referral link.

5. How the referral system works

A referral counts when a new customer creates their account after opening your referral link and later pays for a subscription.

1. You share your referral link. When someone opens it, TubBlast remembers your link in their browser.
2. If that person creates a TubBlast account within 14 days, the account is attributed to you.
3. Attribution is fixed when the account is created. It does not move if they later open another affiliate's link.
4. When that customer buys a subscription, you earn a commission on their first payment and every subscription payment for 12 months.

A referral link is remembered in the visitor's browser, and only an account created within 14 days of opening the link is attributed to you. Clicks and sign ups never earn commission by themselves: you earn only when the customer pays for a subscription. A customer who creates their account without your link, or after those 14 days, is not your referral. Each customer can be attributed to one affiliate only; TubBlast settles any conflict in good faith and its decision is final.

6. Affiliate levels and qualification criteria

Your tier rises with the lifetime total of approved net subscription revenue you have referred.

• Only Approved commissions count toward your total (see section 10).
• Tiers never reset and never drop because you are inactive.
• Refunds and chargebacks reduce your total and can lower your tier for customers you refer afterwards.
• Top up purchases never count toward your tier.

7. Commission structure

You earn your tier rate on the net amount of every subscription payment a referred customer makes during their 12 month Commission Window.

• What earns: monthly and yearly TubBlast subscription payments, including renewals.
• What never earns: top ups.
• Commission Window: 12 months from the customer's first subscription payment. It never restarts or extends through upgrades, downgrades, resubscribing or a reapplied code.
• Upgrades and downgrades: an upgrade raises your commission and a downgrade lowers it, within the window.
• Acquisition Rate: each customer keeps the rate you held at their first subscription payment for their whole window. A higher tier applies only to customers you bring in after reaching it, never backwards.
• Net amount: the subscription payment the customer made, excluding taxes, less refunds and chargebacks. All amounts are in USD.

8. Bonuses and incentives

• Higher tiers: your rate rises to 25% and then 30% as your referred revenue grows.
• Custom partner deals: affiliates beyond Tier 3 may be offered individually agreed arrangements, at TubBlast's discretion.
• Free usage credits: TubBlast may give affiliates free usage credits at its discretion. They are not payment, have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, sold, transferred or set against commissions, and may be cancelled when you leave the program.

9. Earnings calculations and examples

One payment's commission is your rate times the net amount: Commission = Rate × (Price paid − Tax − Refunds).

Commission per referred customer at list monthly prices, before tax:

Yearly plans earn the same rate on the yearly payment. A yearly payment is made once, so a yearly customer earns one commission in their 12 month window. At list prices (Starter $100, Pro $340, Studio $800), Tier 1 earns $20, $68 and $160, before tax and refunds.

Example 1: reaching Tier 2. You refer 9 Pro customers in your first month: 9 × $34 = $306 a month, so you earn 20% = $61.20 a month. After 6 months your total is $1,836 (Tier 1). After 7 months it is $2,142, and once approved you reach Tier 2. New customers from then on earn you 25%; the first 9 stay at 20% until their 12 months end.

Example 2: the minimum payout. You have 5 Pro customers: 5 × $6.80 = $34 a month. After 1 month your approved balance is $34, below $50, so it rolls over. After 2 months it is $68 and is paid on the next payout date.

Example 3: a partial refund. A Pro customer you referred in Tier 1 receives a 40% refund on a $34 payment. Your commission was $6.80; 40% of it ($2.72) is reversed, leaving $4.08.

Example 4: a chargeback. If that customer files a chargeback instead, the full $6.80 is reversed immediately, whatever the outcome of the dispute.

These examples use list prices. Real commissions are calculated on the net amount actually paid, excluding tax, less refunds.

10. Payment and withdrawal policy

Approved commissions are paid monthly, around the 15th, once your balance reaches $50 USD.

1. Pending. Every commission starts as Pending.
2. Hold. It stays Pending for 30 days from the customer's payment. This covers the 14 day customer refund window plus time for chargebacks.
3. Approved. It turns Approved automatically after the hold unless there is a refund, chargeback or fraud signal. Only Approved commissions are paid or count toward your tier.
4. Paid. Around the 15th of each month we pay the commissions approved in the previous month.

You are responsible for your own taxes. TubBlast withholds tax only where the law requires.

11. Refunds, reversals and adjustments

When a referred customer's payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is reversed.

• After a payout: a reversal is deducted from your next Pending balance. Any shortfall carries forward.
• Negative balance: after 12 months with no earnings, TubBlast may invoice a negative balance. Small amounts are usually written off unless fraud is involved.
• Tier impact: reversals reduce your lifetime total and can lower your tier for future customers.

12. Affiliate rules and responsibilities

Every promotion must be disclosed, accurate and up to date.

Disclose every time. State clearly that you are a TubBlast affiliate: a written note, #ad or #sponsored on social posts, a visible first line in blog posts and emails, and in videos both in the description and spoken aloud. Paid ads that look like reviews need a disclosure, and any landing page you control needs one near the top.

What you may say. Real TubBlast features, your genuine experience, the assets we provide, published prices and your referral link. TubBlast does not offer customers a discount through the program, so never promise one.

Keep it accurate. Features, models, prices and usage limits change. Keep your content current. If we flag an inaccurate claim, correct or remove it within 7 days.

Use brand assets properly. Use TubBlast logos and screenshots only for the program, unaltered, and stop using them when you leave. Do not imply official endorsement or register names or trademarks containing TubBlast.

Respect customer privacy. Referred customer data belongs to TubBlast. Your dashboard shows statistics for reporting only. Do not ask for or keep referred customers' personal information, or claim access to their accounts. Personal data you collect yourself, such as an email list, is your responsibility under applicable privacy law.

Keep information confidential. Non public information we share (unreleased features, pricing plans, performance data) stays private unless we agree in writing. You may share your own commission and payout figures truthfully.

13. Prohibited activities

Breaking these rules can lead to termination and loss of all unpaid commissions.

Prohibited claims

• Invented income claims or edited earnings screenshots
• Guaranteed views, subscribers, growth or virality
• Wrong features, limits, usage allowances or prices
• Implying TubBlast employs or endorses you
• False scarcity or urgency
• Competitor comparisons you cannot verify
• Misleading thumbnails
• Promising customers a discount, free credits or any other benefit that TubBlast does not offer

Prohibited channels and tactics

• Spam, including unsolicited emails, DMs and comment spam
• Domains, app names or social handles containing the TubBlast brand
• Adult, gambling, hateful or harassing platforms
• Coupon or deal sites, unless TubBlast approves in writing
• Hiding your link, or using scripts, bots or paid traffic tricks to create sign ups
• Self referral: signing up through your own link, or through a link for an account made for you
• Email without consent, sender identification, a physical address and an unsubscribe link

Paid search and paid ads. These rules cover every paid placement on any platform, including agencies or sub affiliates acting for you.

• TubBlast Brand Terms means TubBlast, Tub Blast, Tubblast, tubblast.com, misspellings, abbreviations, translations and any keyword containing them, such as "tubblast pricing" or "tubblast review".
• Never bid on Brand Terms in any match type, language or country.
• Add "tubblast" and "tub blast" as exact and phrase negative keywords. Apply a TubBlast brand exclusion to Performance Max, AI Max and broad match campaigns where available. Do not run Dynamic Search Ads pointed at the TubBlast site. Appearing on a Brand Term search is a breach even if you did not choose the term.
• Search ad text must not contain Brand Terms (except the automatically shown URL), imply official status, or name or compare competitors. You may bid on competitor names. Claims about prices and features must be accurate. Other paid ads, such as boosted posts, may name TubBlast if they follow these rules.
• Send ad traffic through your referral link with its tracking parameters intact.
• Compliant ads need no approval, but TubBlast may require approval at any time by email. Pause affected campaigns within 48 hours until approved.
• TubBlast may audit your ads at any time. Provide records or ad account access within 5 business days.
• Zero tolerance: any breach, even a first one, means immediate termination and forfeiture. Commissions already paid on customers from non compliant ads are clawed back and may be invoiced.

14. Suspension and termination

You may leave at any time; TubBlast may end your participation with 30 days notice, or immediately for cause.

Cause for immediate termination includes breaking these terms, fraud, uncorrected prohibited claims, harm to TubBlast's reputation, prohibited channels, any paid search breach, or false enrolment details.

Fraud. Three or more chargebacks within 90 days, a chargeback rate above 5% of referred sales, self referral or coordinated abuse, or fake or stolen payment methods lead to suspension or termination, loss of all Pending and Approved commissions (including unrelated ones), and a freeze of up to 90 days while we investigate. Our finding is final, and we may recover amounts already paid.

Multiple accounts. Using more than one account to get around tiers, termination or these terms leads to immediate termination and forfeiture.

In every case, stop using TubBlast brand assets, remove your links, pause paid campaigns and stop presenting yourself as a TubBlast affiliate.

15. Frequently asked questions

How much can I earn? There is no cap and no guarantee. You earn 20%, 25% or 30% of each referred customer's net subscription payments for 12 months. See the table in section 9.

Do I need a big audience? No. You need at least one active channel where you create content.

What if someone opens my link but signs up later? The link is remembered in their browser. If they create an account within 14 days, the account is attributed to you. After that, or if they clear their browser data first, it is not.

Does my link expire? The link itself does not. A person it brings is attributed only if they create their account within 14 days of opening it.

Do my referrals get a discount? No. The program pays you a commission. Customers pay the normal published price.

Can I see how many people signed up with my link? Yes. Your dashboard shows how many people created an account through your link and how many of them subscribed. You see counts only, never who they are. A sign up is counted when the person opens your link in their browser and then creates an account; a sign up does not earn anything until the person pays for a subscription.

Do I earn on top ups? No. Only subscription payments earn commission.

When does my rate go up? When your lifetime approved referred revenue reaches $2,000 (25%) and $5,000 (30%). The new rate applies to customers you refer after that point.

When do I get paid? Around the 15th of each month, for commissions approved the month before, once your balance is at least $50.

How do I get paid? By Wise or Grey, chosen when you join.

Can I use my own link? No. Self referral is prohibited.

Can I run ads? Yes, if you never bid on TubBlast brand terms and follow the paid search rules in section 13.

What happens if a customer gets a refund? The commission on that payment is reversed, fully or in proportion to the refund.

16. Terms and conditions

By accepting these terms in your dashboard, you agree to everything in this document, including sections 1 to 15.

1. Scope. These terms govern the TubBlast Affiliate Program only. Use of TubBlast itself is governed by the TubBlast Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual property. TubBlast grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use its brand assets to promote TubBlast while you are in the program. TubBlast keeps all rights in its product and brand. You own your promotional content and grant TubBlast a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide licence to use it in its own marketing, with credit where practical. Output created with free affiliate credits is licensed to TubBlast permanently and irrevocably, for any purpose. Output created on paid plans is not. You confirm your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
3. No guaranteed earnings. The program is provided as is. TubBlast does not guarantee any level of earnings.
4. Limitation of liability. TubBlast's total liability to you is limited to the commissions paid or payable in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim. TubBlast is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
5. Indemnity. You will hold TubBlast and its partners harmless from claims arising from your content, your breach of these terms or your breach of the law.
6. Changes to these terms. TubBlast may change these terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after notice to your account email, or on a later stated date. Continuing in the program means you accept them; if you do not, you may leave before they take effect. Changes to rates and tier thresholds apply only going forward and never affect Approved commissions or existing Acquisition Rates.
7. Changes to the program. TubBlast may change, pause or end the program at any time. If it ends, Approved commissions from compliant promotion are paid at the next cycle, subject to reversals.
8. Relationship. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner or franchisee of TubBlast. You cannot bind TubBlast or speak on its behalf, and you are responsible for your own taxes, costs, insurance and statutory contributions.
9. Data. TubBlast processes your account information to run the program, calculate commissions and make payouts, in line with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
10. Entire agreement. These terms are the whole agreement about the program and replace any earlier messages describing terms.
11. Severability. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
12. Assignment. You need TubBlast's written consent to transfer this agreement. TubBlast may transfer it in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
13. No waiver. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
14. Survival. Reversals and clawbacks (section 11), paid search audits and zero tolerance clawbacks (section 13, for 12 months), intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, indemnity, relationship, customer data and governing law survive the end of your participation.
15. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the place where Ugbe Global Ltd is registered, and disputes go to the courts there.
