Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with TubBlast. If it is not right for you, this is how refunds work.

New subscriptions

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 3 AI breakdowns or scripts on that plan, we will refund that payment in full.

Renewals

If a renewal charge surprised you, contact us within 14 days of the charge. If you have not used any breakdowns or scripts since it renewed, we will refund it in full.

Top ups

Unused top ups can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Outside the cases above, we do not give partial refunds for unused time.

How to ask

Email support@tubblast.com from the email address on your account. Payments are processed by Bachs, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
