Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data TubBlast collects, why, and what you can do about it. TubBlast is operated by Ugbe Global Ltd, which is responsible for your data. Contact us any time at support@tubblast.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, a securely stored password, and your name if you give one.
- Your content: the spaces you create, channel names and links, ideas, formulas, scripts, lessons, and anything you paste or upload, such as transcripts, thumbnails and YouTube Studio exports.
- Usage: how many AI tasks you run, so we can apply your plan's limits.
- Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Bachs, and never reach us.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser and error reports, kept to run and secure the service.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we use it
- To run TubBlast for you and keep your work saved (our contract with you).
- To apply plan limits, take payment and prevent abuse (our contract and legitimate interests).
- To send account emails such as confirmations and password resets (our contract).
- To keep TubBlast secure and fix problems (legitimate interests).
Who processes it for us
- Supabase: accounts and database.
- Vercel: hosting.
- Anthropic: the AI that writes breakdowns, scripts and suggestions, plans storyboards, and reads the opening of a script you paste into the Storyboard or Voiceover page to suggest its settings. The text you send for a task is processed to produce the result and is not used to train their models.
- Google (YouTube API Services): public YouTube data such as video titles, view counts and channel sizes.
- Google (Gemini): draws thumbnails and storyboard pictures and reads voiceover scripts aloud, from the text (and any picture you add) sent for that task.
- Resend: sending account emails.
- Bachs: payments and subscription billing.
Some of these providers are in other countries, for example in the European Union and the United States. They are bound to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.
YouTube API Services
TubBlast uses YouTube API Services to fetch public YouTube data. We do not ask you to connect your YouTube account and we do not access private YouTube data. By using TubBlast you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube data we store with your spaces is refreshed or deleted after 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. When you delete your account, your spaces, scripts, voiceovers, thumbnails, storyboards and their pictures, the pictures you uploaded and your history are deleted straight away, and backups are cleared within 30 days. We keep billing records for as long as tax law requires. If you used the free voiceover narration, we keep a one way code made from your email address (not the address itself) and how much free narration it used, only so the free trial cannot be used again by deleting and recreating an account. To protect sign up and sign in from abuse, we count requests per network address for a short time; those counts are deleted within 2 days.
Your rights
You can see and change your content in the app, and delete your account and all its data from Settings, then Account. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to stop a particular use of it, by emailing support@tubblast.com. Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make the app work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If you arrive through an affiliate link, we keep the affiliate's promo code in a cookie for up to 90 days so it can be filled in at checkout. When you create an account, we record that you signed up through that code. The affiliate sees only a count of sign ups, never who you are.
Children
TubBlast is not meant for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will tell you by email or in the app.
