These terms are an agreement between you and Ugbe Global Ltd, which operates TubBlast at www.tubblast.com. By creating an account or using TubBlast you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use TubBlast.
1. What TubBlast is
TubBlast is a research and creation tool for YouTube creators. It analyses public YouTube data and content you provide, and uses artificial intelligence to suggest ideas, breakdowns, scripts and packaging, and to make thumbnails, voiceovers and storyboard pictures. TubBlast is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use TubBlast.
- You need a verified email address. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Do not share accounts or create several free accounts to get around plan limits.
3. Plans, payments and limits
- The free plan includes a small number of AI uses. Paid plans include the monthly allowances shown on the pricing page. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over; top up credits do not expire.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Bachs. We, Ugbe Global Ltd, are the seller of TubBlast and handle customer service and returns. Card details are entered on the Bachs checkout page and never reach us.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into TubBlast (transcripts, notes, thumbnails, channel details) and of the scripts and packages you create with it. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run TubBlast for you. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload, such as transcripts or thumbnails from other channels.
5. AI output
TubBlast's suggestions are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or similar to content made for other users. Check facts before you publish, make sure your videos follow YouTube's policies and the law, and use your own judgement. Earnings figures and performance predictions are estimates, not promises.
5b. AI voices
The Voiceover Generator makes speech with AI voices. The audio is synthetic. You are responsible for the text you submit and for how you use the recordings, including telling your audience when a voice is AI generated where a platform such as YouTube requires it. Do not use a voiceover to imitate a real person, to deceive, or to say anything unlawful. TubBlast does not clone voices.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use TubBlast to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, create spam or misleading content, harass people, or copy other creators' work. Do not try to hack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer TubBlast, or resell it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. YouTube data
TubBlast uses YouTube API Services. By using TubBlast you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Data we fetch from YouTube is refreshed or removed after 30 days, as YouTube requires.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep TubBlast running, but it is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a significant change to these terms we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ugbe Global Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, then Account. Deleting it permanently removes your spaces, scripts and history. We may close accounts that break these terms.
11. Law
If you are a consumer, you keep any protections given by the law of the country where you live.
